Our church has a wonderful history of service to the community and beyond. EFUMC Missions ministry opportunities are abundant. They are an excellent source of spiritual growth and include participation in a multitude of outreach ministries in local, state, national, and global levels. There is a place in Missions Ministry for everyone.
Our United Methodist Women support various mission projects in each circle.
Our United Methodist Men support various mission projects including the local Boy Scout Troop 402 and helping to rebuild homes lost to Hurricane Katrina.
The Youth participate in a summer mission project called GRASP - Gilmer Relief and Service Project.
We also support a mission in Mexico.
